"The hotel was new and modern. Had all the amenities. A draw back was a very expensive taxi ride to Taormino and back again. The area was not really in a great walkable area although we did walk to a nearby beach about a mile away or so. The hotel did not have a beach or a beach shuttle which I thought I read they did. Disappointing. The beach club we went to had beds and umbrellas at a cost of course. The hotel rep said theirs was closed but all the others were still open. Not sure what that was about."

"Perfect location. The views are amazing and we love the restaurant outside with the perfect view. The hotel itself is very nice. Only thing is the shower floors are super slippery. I have never had an issue before with a shower floor being this slippery. I almost fell several times. They really need to come up with solution for this before somebody really gets hurt."

"The hotel state that parking is available across the st. but upon arrival the receptionist informed us to park few blocks from the location (approx. 250 M) ,and that if you find a parking, Also the Bar doesn't have JW Black Label or Chivas whiskey, when ask why, he claimed that the Marriott did not supply him with the products. the staff on the front disk are not helpful at all."

"Great location and amazing views! Our room was pretty small but we booked one with a terrace and that made it great. Very nice breakfast with terrific views as well. Nice pool."

"It is a beautiful hotel, very well located near Corso Umberto. The staff is great and diligent. The breakfast is also amazing. If you land a good deal, go for it. I cannot recommend it at the price point I paid."

"The room was great and very clean. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. We were told breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m., but the woman in charge rudely told us they are closed at 10:15 a.m. Hope this will be addressed because its so disappointing."
