Great stay. So worth the money. Beutiful lake Pretty. 15 mins from Downtown.Very clean and beutiful. Had coffee and watched the Red tail Hawks and Eagles soar on the observation deck. . Went kayaking every morning. Thanks David. Loved cooking in the chef kitchen. 5 acres of gated lakefront paradise.

Our stay in Citrus Park, FL, was amazing. The house was beautiful and more spacious than we could have imagined. David was a pleasure to work with and very accessible when we needed him. He gave us suggestions on things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend staying at this property or any property where David is the manager/owner. I know we will be back.

This property was perfect for our group of 18. Ages ranged from 6-57. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space and large areas to all gather together. The kids loved the pool and the dock for fishing. They have fishing rods, kayaks and a John boat for you to use. David communicated extremely well if we had questions. We loved our stay at this home.

Great Family vacation!
Our family absolutely loved this beautiful, huge home and spacious property! The grandkids loved playing in the pool, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. The pool table was a big hit too! The kitchen is every cooks dream. We have a large family, and there was plenty of room to accommodate our family with room to spare. Thank you, David ! We made memories to last a lifetime!

My dream vacation
We had my dream vacation at this beautiful house. My entire family was able to stay here with no problems. Everyone had enough space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Had so much fun with so much to do. We were able to even get family photos taken on that beautiful stair case. Can’t wait to get pictures back. Loved everything about our experience from checking in to checking out had great communication with host David & Rachel. Thank you for everything!

Family Trip
Just returned from the property after an amazing 8 days with family. Communication was fantastic. David went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and private with everything you could need. The kids fished off the dock almost daily, and got lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

When sitting by the pool looking out over the lake you certainly feel like you’re at a 5* resort. Host was very responsive and property manger was quick to reply. My only disappointment was the furnishings. Well worn furniture, bedding and lack of room for our group size. Listing said property could accommodate 20 people , the problem is there weren’t enough bathrooms for a group that size. Several of the inflatable mattresses leaked air. Our group only spent four nights and my grandchildren, ages 21-13, made it work. Overall we had a wonderful time, rented jet ski which enhanced our experience. I would recommend renting from David again.
