"Definitely returning. The staff went above and beyond. Food was fresh and good. They need to fix the elevator in one of the buildings so that there is two working at all times, but other than that, no complaints. The beach is beautiful and did not need water shoes at all. Sure, the ocean is not calm as in the Caribbean side, but it is still nice to get in once you time the waves to get through. Spectacular sunsets and yummy drinks. "

"Over all its ok, parking is a problem, the hitel could be in better condition but is not staff problem is the people who dont care about the place, they rhink cause they pay they can do whatever they want."

"This is a great spot in the romantic zone. Its old school Puerto Vallarta. The buffet is ok. They had entertainment at night and all around we had a great time."

"I really enjoyed this resort best food we've had in an all inclusive. Only complain is the crocodiles on the ocean we barely got any time to be in the ocean because of the crocodile sightings. I'm not sure if it was just our luck. Other than that excellent service, and very fast response to our needs. For instance, our air conditioning stoped working one day within minutes we had someone in the room fixing it. Highly recommend this resort."
