"This year, 2025, is our 2nd time having stays at Holiday Inn Shin Osaka. Very accessible to Shin Osaka St, they had free and ontime-scheduled shuttle service from and to Shin Osaka St., starting 7am until 9.30pm (if i m not mistaken). We are a family of four with two teenaged kids, really enjoy our stays here! "

"Very convenient hotel as it is located right across the train station. It's at the very top of a mall/shopping building. Has an adjoining parking garage. Parking is not free for hotel guests. They will validate your parking ticket for ¥1000. Buffet was good, variety was ok. Its not a very large dining area but the turnaround is quick. Highlight would have to be the the small onsite spa/onsen. It's on the top most floor, not large but has everything you need. I would go for a quick soak after a long day and use the steam room as well. It was great to end your long day with a nice hot soak for your tired body."
