"Great location for shops/malls and food venues (fast food, sit down, and grocery). Staff was very helpful and accommodating. English with the staff was no problem. We rented a windowed room but the only view you will see a wall and plants and the windows do not open to the outside. All rooms are the same in design, so paying extra for a room with a window is not recommended unless you just need to see sunlight during the day. Location was also very safe. Walking around (day or night) was very pleasant and recommend visiting Taipei 101 building which is only across the street from the hotel. Underground train station is located just a step away and doesn't affect noise in the hotel."

"The soundproofing is excellent; I was surprised that I cannot hear anything from the outside, even on the 9th floor. Most areas can be accessed by MRI/train stations nearby. The free mini-bars and four 600ml bottles of water per day are great bonuses, in addition to a free one-hour happy hour in one of their bars. The breakfast buffet cost 500 NT for one person provided a good variety to choose, someone mentioned about the toilet seat is not heated and not enough luggage spaces are not an issue for me . Overall I enjoy my staying, would like to give them 6 stars and will definitely stay again for my future visit. There is 18 minutes walking distance to the convention centre, again it is an easy morning walk after breakfast buffet for me. "

"I brought my mother here with her friend for 10 days for her birthday. Some reviews made us nervous with regards to the professionalism of the staff, but I have to say our experience was the complete opposite of many of the bad reviews. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and inviting. They were also very accommodating. We had a 16 hour direct flight from NY and were offered early check-in and we were also given the option for late check out. Bonus points for us. The front desk staff greeted us every single time they saw us and made sure to inquire if there was anything we needed. They were able to guide us with how to set up tours (tour booklet provided) and where the best points of interests would be. My mother's friend is Taiwanese, and she was highly impressed with the hotel staff. We had the deluxe twin room for my mom and myself. Admittedly, it was small. We had 2 large suitcases and 2 small carry-ons and could not have both large suitcases open at the same time. This was actually our only gripe about the room. We usually check for square footage but could not find any on the room we chose. The shower did have a musty/moldy odor, but it's a humid country. That's to be expected. Our reservation came with breakfast. The choices were not extensive, however, everything was fresh and the options they did have were delicious. We are not rewards members but our treatmeant was 5 star!! Already looking to book our next trip at the hotel! 😁"
