Check in time was 4pm but i had to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be ready. Location was about 10-15 minutes' walk from Ximen station. Room was relatively clean with enough amenities. TV signal and wifi were fine. Service was average.

You may book the room if you can take the water pipe sound throughout the WHOLE NIGHT. Poor sound proof is fine but the water flowing sound will accompany you for the entire night. THE WORSE HOTEL THAT I EVER STAY!

Very bad experience

The younger staffs are nice and helpful but the older staff who wearing glasses is really rule. First of all, the room is quite small and it's quite dirty in the room. The toilet flushing is not fluent in my room. Secondly, I can clearly heard that the people talking next to my room, it's quite annoying at night time. But the younger staff deal with the problem very fast. Appreciating for his help.

No Room Available at official check-in time

I was a terrible experiences to me. The official check-in time is 4pm so I came back at 5:15pm for check-in. But front desk staff told me "no room available because they are still cleaning up" and instructed to come back after 6pm. However a couple and I placed luggage in advance at around 12pm on that day. But I saw they had got room when I came back for check-in at 5:15pm. It was not fair to me that I had been requested to wait. Finally I was waiting at lobby until 6:15pm. Eventually, it seriously bothered my schedule and I missed out something.

之前是冬天住宿覺得只有一張門卡還好 但這次是夏天 冷氣好不容易將房間的溫度降下來了 但出門必須拔除房卡 回到房間時 溫度整個變回悶熱 需要一段時間才能降溫 再加上洗完澡之後 房間會有一段時間是悶熱 濕濕的 除此之外 一切的一切都很好 還是我上去北部住宿的第一首選

ツインの部屋に宿泊したが一つの枕カバーに茶色のシミがあり、ベッドシーツの間に長い髪の毛が挟まっていた。もう一つの枕カバーには小さい虫がいてた。シャワーカーテンも短く、シャワーするとトイレの方まで床がビチャビチャになります。寝ているとどこの部屋かの排水を流す音も気になります。テレビのリモコンも埃が被っていました。床も汚く感じました。もう2度と利用しません。
