Suitable for short and budget stay. The room was clean and nice yet old. Equiped with water heater, air-conditional, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, Fridge, cutlery set, steam iron, clothes hangers, microwave, slippers, etc....It is convenient as there is Family Mart and 7-11 stores at downstair and near to XMD MRT. Friendly security guard at lobby. Nevertheless, my stay was disturbed by the stinky sewage smell for the first few days. After spotting the 2 un-covered holes beside the toilet bowl (with linked to the sewage), we got it sealed by tapes and no more stinky smell. Hopefully owner get it solved permanently.

The room was good. However, in the hallway on the 11th floor, it was filled with a smell like 100 pieces of stinky 臭豆腐 boiled together with 200 durians.

A Good Trip

The location is very good, the location is very quiet, the walking tour is extremely convenient, eating and drinking is not a problem. The boss is very good, before adding WeChat, then have Taiwan's question to ask her again, ha ha, very patient. Then we will come to meet us. There are many things not to be afraid of, there is an elevator! The washing machine can be used for free, the clothes rack is super much, can sundress, has the refrigerator, very quiet, the room is similar to the picture, super like. The arrangement is very warm, the evening temporary lack of things, the service personnel will also timely make up. The toilet area is quite big. There's a straw on top of the fridge. We also introduced the local area, and also borrowed watsons and kang's membership CARDS to buy things. On the first day of our stay, we also borrowed a book from Taipei for us to read. It was so sweet that the boss came down to give us the fruit when we left for the keys. I'll pick it up next time.

屋內設施比較破舊，連窗戶也壞了不能上鎖，可供五人入住但只有一張小茶几而且是搖擺不穩的。入住期間因怕吸引小強，都不敢在外帶美食回去享用，比較可惜。

西門駅から5分もかからないくらいの近さで、途中にコンビニ、飲食店もあり雨にも濡れずに行けて本当に良かったです。部屋も広く冷蔵庫も大きく全自動洗濯機もついていて非常に便利でした。セルフチェックイン、アウトですが事前のLINEでのやり取りで何の苦もなく出来ました。台湾旅行の際は是非毎回利用したいです。

所在位置近西門捷運站1號出口，不用五分鐘就到達民宿，入住前房東亦傳送附有圖片的地址，方便我們容易找到民宿，讚 讚 讚，若然，可以改善厠所之異味，就超级讚呵

完全跟照片不同 先不說在很舊的大廈 走廊不光猛很污糟 廁所沒有淋浴間 沖涼後地下全濕了 廁所去水極差 要手動用泵去水 還見到有蟑螂 冷氣很嘈 唯一可取的就是管家很好 雙人房真的不要訂 把我嚇怕了

ホテルではなく民泊になると思いますが、鍵の受け渡し方法やチェックアウトの方法など、細かく説明して頂けたので、困ったことはありませんでした。 立地も西門町駅のすぐ近くなので夜のショッピングなど非常に便利でした。 悪かったことは①バスルームの掃除がされてなかったのか排水溝に髪が詰まっており水が溜まってしまいました。 ②シャワーが数分経つとお湯が出なくなり冷たいシャワーになってしまうことです。 しかし、この価格、立地を考えると悪くないと思います。 ホテルではほぼ寝るだけでしたので良かったです。 楽しい台北旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました！

시먼 시내에서 가까운 위치라서 교통, 까르프, 쇼핑, 식당등 어디든 빠른 시간내에 해결되어서 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 친구 5명이여서 큰방을 잡았는데도 사진보다 방 크기가 작더군요.

イメージと違って残念だった。立地は駅近で分かりやすくとても良かったが、部屋が思っていたより古く、あちこち衛生面や匂いが気になった。シャワーのお湯が1分以上連続して使えず、置いてある桶で浴びる形になった。ただ、オーナーはとても親切で迅速にやり取り出来る方でしたので安心感はありました。

民宿地點前往西門町紅樓步行只需3分鐘路程，附近亦有便利店及食店，十分方便。 民宿因沒設罝廚房，故顥得房屋較大，但房間內的冷氣溫度難以調較，其中2晚須要開動風扇才夠涼快； 民宿有電動熱水煲提供熱水飲用，雪櫃亦夠凍，方便在便利店購買飲料冷藏； 廁所內有洗衣機洗衣，但我沒用，不知道好不好；另外可能是水壓不夠導致花灑出水很弱，而且水溫很難調教，夏天使用還可以，但冬天就無法接受水溫了；還有沒設浴屏，洗澡後會弄到廁所地下全是水，有點不便； 另外可能是民宿關係，沒有行李寄存服務，我們是夜機離開，要自行先將行李放到台北車站內的儲物櫃寄存。

此價位應有個好的表現 因為是日租型套房，隔壁鄰居打麻將一整晚吵到無法入眠 冷氣冷房效果很差 要達到適合入睡至少要開三個小時 但隔天早上會冷到受不了

It's worth for money!

Staying in this place feels like you stay over in friend's room. I think it's like an apartment not a hotel. The building is about 5 mins walk from Ximen station and Ximending night market. The room is so cute <3. There are many facilities such as TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, washing machine, toiletry, toilet towel even umbrellas! Vicky, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Contact her in ‘Line’ and she’ll send you the pictures how to go to the building (but some pic is not up-to-date --- you have to turn left at the corner that Hotel Foreseen is located). So, I think if you want the luxury place, this might be not your choice. But if you are finding some cozy and convenient room, this place is worth the money! เราว่าที่นี่ให้ฟิลลิ่งเหมือนไปนอนห้องเพื่อนอะไรทำนองนั้น อยากให้ทุกคนเอาภาพโรงแรมที่เคยไปออกจากหัว แล้วคิดว่ามันคืออพาร์ตเมนต์อ่ะ จะได้นึกภาพที่แท้ทรูออก 5555 แต่วิคกี้ที่เป็นเจ้าของห้องใจดีมากๆ ถ้ามีข้อสงสัยหรือจะแจ้งเวลาที่ไปถึงก็สามารถไลน์บอกเขาได้เลย พอเราบอกว่าเดี๋ยวจะเดินทางไปวันไหนยังไง เขาก็จะส่งรูปเส้นทางการเดินไปที่พักมาให้ (แต่รูปแอบไม่อัปเดต เพราะจริงๆ ต้องเลี้ยวซ้ายตรงหัวมุมที่มีโรงแรม Foreseen แต่ในรูปยังเป็นภาพ graffiti อยู่ แถมทางเข้าที่พักค่อนข้างหายาก เลยหลงทางไปนิดนึง) ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจาก MRT ซีเหมินและตลาดนัดซีเหมินติง ทำให้หาของกิน ช็อปปิ้ง และเดินทางสะดวก ทางเข้ากับทางเดินในตึกน่ากลัวไปหน่อย แต่ตัวห้องโอเค มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเยอะ สรุปโดยรวมก็คือเราประทับใจนะ สะดวกสบาย คุ้ม! แต่ถ้าอยากได้ความหรูหราน่าจะไม่ตอบโจทย์

日本にいる時からLINEでわかりやすく説明をしてくれたので、夜中到着でしたが安心してアパートまで行け、部屋に入れました。場所も便利で部屋も綺麗、設備も全て揃っていて快適に過ごせました。ホテルて違い、台北に住んでいるかのようで本当に楽しかったです。
