Taisugar hotel is convenient close to many dining options. A suggestion for the hotel would be that there should be more electricity outlets or at least provide customers with extension cords.

The hotel is located in good area if you want to be near the entertainment district. However I wish the hotel was cleaner. The carpet in our room smelled like dirty feet. The walls were very dirty and even though we had a view towards the Main Street the windows were so dirty we could not see anything. The shower had great pressure and the beds were firm and comfortable.

A nice hotel with rude staff

Hotel is conveniently located at the fringe of XMD, and has many eateries in the vicinity. Facilities and amenities are aged, and time for renewal. Breakfast staff was rude and arrogant. Breakfast service ends at 9:30AM. The mains staple (porridge) was not available and was still cooking despite other side dishes are available. Many guests have not their full breakfast but was reminded to leave as breakfast service was ending. There is no flexibility or understanding by the staff despite their failure to ensure sufficient dishes. After this encounter, we chose to eat the breakfast at the eateries around the hotel than to face the arrogant and rude breakfast staff.

Overall a good stay at Tai Sugar Hotel. The only suggestion that I have is that the hotel could have provided a extension cord for the desk. There is only one electric power socket for the desk lamp at the desk.
