中山駅から徒歩5分くらいです。 受付に日本語okのスタッフさんがいました。 スタッフのホスピタリティはとても満足です。 全体的に古い感じはしますが綺麗なホテルですマイナスな点は朝食がモスバーガーのデリバリーなことと、隣の部屋の音がよく聞こえることです。 とくに音についてはドアの開け閉めやトイレの水洗の音がよく聞こえてきて、隣の宿泊客が深夜に帰ってきたようなので起こされました。

他の新しいビジネスホテルに比べると、古いホテル（リモデル済み）のせいか、部屋が広いです。2泊3日で2名で泊りましたが、バスや地下鉄駅への便もよし。 設備的には古いとこもありますが、清潔で、弾丸ツアーにはぴったりでした。 スタッフの方はどなたも親切で、日本語を話すスタッフの方もおり（英語も多少OK）、初台湾旅行でしたが何事も問題なく、満足のできるステイでした。最終日に空港へ向かう際もタクシーを呼んでくれて運転手に行き先を告げてくれるなど、様々な配慮に感謝です。ホテルはビジネスホテルでもスタッフのサービスはそれ以上でした。

今回台風の影響で急遽２日間台北に延長宿泊する事となりXperiaで緊急に探し宿泊しました。友達から古いとは聞いてましたが、天井は高いけど家具が古く部屋にセイフティボックスも無くバスルームは大きく良かったですが使い勝手悪かったです。中山駅から近いですが、日本人街って事もあり値段が高いと思う。多分、再び使う事は無いと思います。

サービスが良かった。

早朝に到着したため、チェックインせずに荷物だけ置かせてもらおうと考えていたたが、部屋が準備できていたようで、なんとチェックインでき部屋も利用することができました。とても快適に仕事をすることができました。

建物 古めだけれど、内装は全体的に綺麗です。 廊下 絨毯のせいか若干匂います。 客室 ・匂いなどはありませんでした。 ・シャンプーと歯ブラシは自前のものを用意したほうがいいかもしれません。 ・500mlペットボトルの水が人数分毎日がもらえます。 浴室 ・トイレ、洗面台、シャワー、浴槽が同じ空間にあります ・かなり綺麗でした。 ・トイレは水洗ですが、トイレットペーパーは流せないタイプでした(ゴミ箱に捨てる) ・寝間着はありませんでした。 →忘れたので、近くにNETというGU的なお店がありそこで買いました。 スタッフさん 全員が日本語対応できるかはわかりませんが、自分が応対してもらった２人は日本語が話せました。 １人はかなり流暢で、もう１人はやや片言な感じでした。 周囲 出て直ぐのとこにマクドナルド、モスバーガー、ケンタッキー、セブンイレブンがありました 台湾限定？のメニューなどもあるので、夜食などにもいいですね。 ホテルに向かうには中山駅から2番出口を出てまっすぐ進めばOK。 途中には三越などもあります。 洋服店通りは逆方向なので注意。 中山駅 台北は隣の駅です。反対の隣駅の双連には朝市もあります。 観光地の淡水、士林、中正記念堂、象山、台北101等へは1本でいけます。 個人的にはかなりおすすめです。

口コミを見てこのホテルに決めました。 リーズナブルですが、毎日部屋の清掃もしていただき、周辺アクセスの便利さ、このクオリティ、、とても満足でした。 何より日本語がとても上手なスタッフが居ててとても安心でした。色々お話してくださったり、近くのマッサージを紹介してくれて、とても嬉しかったです。 また台北旅行の際はこちらに宿泊させていただきます！ ありがとうございました。
