Great location! Staff were friendly and very accomdating, even helped me talk to the police when i had lost my phone. 10/10 stay, can say enough howbgreat the staff is!
It was my first time staying at this hotel, but my experience was excellent. Checking was very easy, it's very convenient to Transit, the room was everything I needed, a comfortable bed a hot shower. Staff there were excellent. I'll definitely return in the future
Very comfortable and highly recommend!
Big thanks to the staff name Douglas, he had been very helpful to us.
We were suppose to return back on the 13 Sept but last minute airline reschedule, we were feeling so worry about where to stay and he helped us a lot.
A very well run hotel in a central location
All amenities provided at this gem of a hotel. The free treats like ice lollies is a nice touch but the staff are also highly professional and extremely friendly. I read reviews that describe the rooms as small, I fiound them to be of a good size and i was impressed with its decor, newness and layout. Its very clever how they use space here.I had access to everything I needed.
Room is small but it matches information given. Nice room , clean , all in great condition. No disposable products like glass , bottle , etc is great. It’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind small room
room is small, hardly has space to put the luggage we have. It is also missing night tables. Otherwise it is a good hotel, steps to MRT stations, tons of restaurants around.
Excellent choice in a newer facility steps from ximen. Lots of dining options downstairs including 24 hour options. Room is small (Japanese/Asian standard) but very clean and modern. Just not much room to open two luggage at once. But compared to other options in ximen, this is an excellent brand/choice. Decent soundproofing and excellent water pressure and a/c. Douglas (thinner male) at the front desk during the day and early evening hours, was extremely helpful and reflects some of the best customer service my partner and I encountered in Taipei.
