pleasant stay

location is very good and front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that WiFi is kind of unstable but they offered us a personal WiFi box right away. Overall it is a good place to stay and we will come back in the future.

Great location and friendly hotel!

Hotel was very clean and friendly. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us so we could explore. Location was close to the main station and walkable to the night market. Room was nice and spacious. We appreciated the nice amenities including water, snacks, and slippers.

Well located hotel. Easy to get to from the MRT. Very helpful staff and room was clean. Plenary of eating places and convenience stores nearby. Short walk to the night market in Ximending a plus.

This hotel was very comfortable. Wifi is weak and tends to be choppy. It was not usable. The laundromat charges $50 for washing and $50 for drying; $10 coins are required.Coins were exchanged at the front desk.

The location is perfect and convenient, the rooms are clean and modern. It is within walking distance from Taipei Main Station and is near tourist areas, shops, and restaurants. I would give five stars if shower stalls are equipped with grab bars for safety and/or bath mats as the floor tiles are slippery when wet.

I checked in at late night and the staff was so welcoming. He explains everything in details with very good attitude and services. Tho I forgot to ask for his name but he was attending night shift on 1st aug and 2 aug. Appreciate he service and we would love to return simply from his warm and good services.

Great value for economy travellers like us. Hotel location is in the middle of a lot of places. We were just walking to/from or taking a just few subway stops to a number of tourist interested places. And it is easy to get to from the airport too!

pros: easy walkable location from train station to hotel and walkable to night markets. Quiet, safe area. Very quiet hotel, simple. cons: tight toilet position(had to sit diagonally so knees wouldn't hit the wall) and the shower and sink had a lot of mold on the caulk.

Good hotel, compact rooms.

Central location close to Taipei Main Station. Multitude of dining and shopping options nearby. Room was very compact but was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were efficient and friendly. Note that the hotel does not do daily servicing but will empty bins and replace towels on request.

Would recommend. Really nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel. Very good location. They are a 'green hotel' so rooms are not cleaned during your stay but let them know if you want towels changed or rubbish disposed of. I was upgraded as an EXPEDIA Gold member. The room was so nice and big. Clean hotel. WIFI was so slow but this is common in Taiwan in hotels from what I can see. Would recommend. Right near Taipei Main Station.

nice hotel in the middle of everything

it's my first time in taiwan so i'm not sure if the area is ok or not. the surrounding area looked a little scary but since i read so much about taiwan before our trip, i knew it would be ok. the hotel is perfectly located. the museum is a 4 min walk. there are a lot of eateries around it. a couple of 7/11 stores in walking distance. the hotel itself is clean and the front desk staff are very friendly. the room, although small, is very clean and really cute & cozy.

Convenient location, very small but modern room

Conveniently located close to Taipei Train/Metro Station, is just a less than 10-min walk away, lots of places for food in the area. It’s a walking distance to Ximen area. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. Booked a standard room for one, the room is a little too small even for one person, though the bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is offered as a Bento box. I wish hotel will give guests at least 2 options that they can choose. One morning I got a Bento box with salmon and for one who doesn’t eat fish, it was a total waste of food.
