"This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful ambiance and gardens and friendly helpful staff. My main issue is with the air conditioning as the room was way too hot and even turning the knob to the coldest possible position still produces heating, just less. They said their default heating level was 26’C!!! The only way to get cool was to open the window, and in my room the window didn’t open far enough. So if you like a cool room, it might be a challenge! "
