FIREPLACE: Matches are in the drawer of the side table next to couch. Be careful—it comes on very strong. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO TURN OFF THE FIREPLACE WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO BED OR LEAVING FOR THE DAY!!!
FREE-STANDING HEATERS: These work beautifully when needed. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO UNPLUG IT IN THE MORNING AND UPON VACATING. THIS IS A “BIGGIE”!!!
LINENS/TOWELS: Are all over. I keep linens in each bedroom plus lots of extra blankets; also more towels in vanities in both bathrooms and in the downstairs linen closet. Placemats, etc. are in the furniture piece in the dining area.
INTERNET: The Internet is Northshore 26 and the password is “heavycheese303”. The password is also on the little black box near the deck door. Television is 100% internet; there is an Apple TV which has Netflix (just use our account), HBO Max, Disney and other apps.
DINING TABLE: Can seat 12. Extra leaves are in the utility room downstairs.
BOSE SOUND SYSTEM: There is an old Bose sound system which plays the radio and CD’s and comes with an aux code plugged in the back.
VHS Players. There is one on the living room shelves which can be connected. The second one is all hooked up in the Master Bedroom. We have an extensive library of original Disney VHS Tapes (Tapes are in the Master bedroom under the TV and many more in the bookshelves of the downstairs bedroom. Our grandchildren love playing these.
TRASH: All trash must be bagged and put in the large dumpster which is in the parking lot (just uphill on the driveway). IMPORTANT: PLEASE PUT THE CHAIN ALL THE WAY DOWN UPON CLOSING THE DUMPSTER! THE BEARS ARE VERY CLEVER—IF THERE IS THE SLIGHTEST PLAY IN THAT CHAIN, THEY WILL GET IT OPEN (and we will have a huge mess!). Code for the dumpster lock is 4135
BEARS. We hope they are hibernating by now; however do not leave your car unlocked since our bears can open any car door locks. With Teslas, they simply smash the window. Best not to leave any food inside the car.
VISITING THE LAKE: We have a keyed lock system; the white passes are hung on the front foyer coat rack. Please do not loose these passes or carry them off with you—replacement cost is $100 per pass!!
