This newly refreshed condo boasts a bright, open living and dining area with panoramic lake views and comfortable new furnishings. Enjoy some time in the sun on the private deck that spans the front of the unit.
Living area on main level includes large smart TV, plush sofas, cozy gas fireplace, and open beam ceiling. The kitchen includes a cooking range on the island so you can whip up meals while enjoying the impressive view! Large dining table in front of two walls of windows provides ample space for 6 to enjoy a lakefront meal!
Entry level also includes a master bedroom with brand new Cal King bed, updated linens and smart TV. Full partially updated bathroom accessible from bedroom and hallway.
Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a brand new Queen bed and the other with a twin bunk bed, all with updated linens. A shared newly remodeled ¾ bathroom is located just across from the bedrooms.

- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
