Located on a quiet elevated street within Dollar Point, this 6 Bedroom / 4.5 Bath home is the perfect home base for a group of family or friends looking to take in all that Lake Tahoe has to offer! Take in spectacular views of the Lake from the upstairs / main living area while enjoying plenty of room for everyone to spread out. With nearly 3,000 square feet, two living areas, and functional outdoor gathering spaces, this is the perfect option to enjoy time with family or friends.
On the main / upper level of this 3-story mountain getaway, you'll enjoy the sun-filled great room (living room, kitchen, dining area) with vaulted ceiling and huge lake-facing windows that make this the ideal place to gather together and enjoy each other’s company. Sit around the large rock gas fireplace on a cold winter day or watch your favorite movie for a relaxing night at home. And during the warmer months, this room feeds directly out to the spacious lake-facing deck with outdoor dining table / chairs, a gas grill, gas wand heaters, and comfortable lounge furniture. Or, if you need to spread out a bit, you can head downstairs to the second living area with large sectional sofa, large SmartTV, wet bar, and direct access to the lovely backyard area with private hot tub and large outdoor fire pit. Both areas are great for gathering together and making memories!
Seating won’t be an issue in this marvelous home. The combined kitchen & dining room area offers enough space for the whole family! The dining room table is generally set with 10 seats but has 2 extras that can be integrated in order to accommodate groups or 12. Plus there are 3 additional seats at the adjacent kitchen counter bar. The open-concept great room makes it easy to talk, serve drinks, or even help out in the kitchen from the living room or dining area.

Bedroom 1 (main / upper level) - Primary Suite with King Bed Enjoy vaulted ceilings, a large Flat Screen Smart TV, and private balcony facing directly towards beautiful Lake Tahoe. You’ll love the large en-suite bathroom with make-up counter, dual vanities, walk-in shower and large soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 (main / upper level) - Queen Bed This main-floor bedroom has a large window facing towards the backyard area that offers cool mountain breezes at night when opened. Sleep tight on the queen-sized bed and make sure to knock before opening the direct access / shared half bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (lower level) - Primary Suite with King Bed Bedroom 3 is equipped with a king sized bed and offers filtered views of the lake along with a Flat Screen SmartTV. This bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 (lower level) - Queen Bed This bedroom can be found on the lower floor near Bedrooms 5 & 6 and faces out towards the backyard area. There is a Flat Screen SmartTV within the bedroom and two full bathrooms located just outside in the hallway (shared by Bedrooms 4, 5 & 6).

There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 3 - 4 cars on the driveway (depending on the size of your vehicles). Note that there is no street parking allowed at any Short Term Rental Property (per county ordinance). Also note that the left side of the garage is reserved for the Owner’s Personal Golf Cart. It is not included as part of the rental property is not to be touched. Please keep all people within your group off the Golf Cart.
No wood burning fires or charcoal bbq’s allowed per county ordinance. On red flag days, no open flame allowed (i.e. no use of propane grill, electric pellet grill, deck heaters or gas fire pit).
Trash must be properly disposed of within the metal bear bin alongside driveway. Do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle as bears will not hesitate to help themselves to your goodies and can cause significant vehicle damage.
Home must be properly secured (doors locked, windows closed / locked) whenever not present in the home.
The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 6 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. You’ll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
The easiest way to enter the house is through the attached garage. There are steps that lead up from the driveway to the front entry door. We do our best to ensure reasonable access to the property and hot tub area, but depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), there maybe some snow that needs shoveling. There are shovels located in the garage that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
DOLLAR POINT ASSOCIATION AMENITIES DISCLOSURE: Note that access to Dollar Point Amenities including the private beach area, community pool and tennis courts are not permitted by any Short Term Rental Guests per Association).
WINTER ADVISORY: By reserving this house during the winter months (November - April), you acknowledge that you will be traveling into the mountains and that winter storms are common and often unpredictable. The dates that you are choosing to reserve are being held for your group and are therefore unavailable for other groups to reserve. In all cases, our cancellation policy will prevail. There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.
ALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, there’s always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.
