Enter on the lower level, featuring 3 bedrooms including a King master suite, a Queen bedroom, and a bunkroom with a Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top set of bunkbeds. Two full bathrooms and laundry facilities are on this level as well.
The roomy upper floor is an open space plan with the kitchen, living, and dining space all set up for relaxing together. Half bathroom on this level too. The entire condo is beautifully appointed for your comfort.
The condo is conveniently within the complex for easy access to the seasonally available HOA amenities, including pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Tahoe City is just 2 miles to the west for shopping, dining, public beach, kayak and ski rentals, etc.

Charcoal grills are banned in our area. - Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October) - Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included - Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items - We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays - For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog. - Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable)
• Do not make any beds
• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
