This spacious home features a modern kitchen, soaring ceilings, and a Cal King suite with forest views, privacy, & expansive decks in a prime location near West Shore Market, and Sunnyside Marina. Tahoe’s best waterskiing, dining, trails, bike path, & pickleball are moments away. A true magical mountain retreat.
Although the house can accommodate up to 8 guests, please note: guest numbers over six will incur an additional charge.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 10 AM. As you prepare to head out, we kindly ask that you:
Remove all garbage and place it in the Bear Box on the driveway. Please don’t leave any open food in the house.
Ensure that all downstairs windows and sliding doors are locked, especially the master bathroom window (be sure to slide the lock to the left).
Turn on the barking dog sensor in the master bedroom.
Make sure the front door is locked and the key is returned to the lockbox.
If time allows, please start the dishwasher and gather any used laundry linens in the downstairs bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
No Shoes/Boots (No Ski boots!) Policy: Kindly remove shoes upon entering to protect soft Douglas Fir floors and to prevent flooring damage.
Bear Deterrent: Activate the 'Barking Dog' sensor near the back door upon entry - always switch it on when leaving the house unattended, day or night!
Please ensure ALL garbage is placed in the bear box on the driveway before you departure.
