Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. Up for some adventure, try the river rafting down the Truckee River. In the Winter months, the closest ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Homewood Mountain, Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar. Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars at the home. 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
