Black Bear Haus is a sunny, beautifully remodeled West Shore cabin—an ideal hideaway for a couple’s Tahoe getaway. The open-concept living space is warm and inviting with leather furnishings, a 55" TV, and a Blu-ray/DVD player, plus a cozy gas fireplace for chilly evenings.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air from the sunny patio (table seating for four) or unwind on the front-deck chaise lounge. There’s also a propane BBQ for easy outdoor meals. After a day of exploring, relax in the private hot tub on the back deck.
The bathroom has been fully updated with a new tub and granite tile. Wireless internet is included, and a high-efficiency washer/dryer is available inside (located down the interior stairs).
There are approximately 13 stairs from the parking area down to the cabin, so it is not wheelchair accessible. The homeowner (or a guest of the owner) may occasionally use the separate apartment below the garage; it has its own entrance and is set away from the main house, with no expected interruption to your stay.
The garage is not available for renter use. Parking is limited to 2 spaces.
