The home features a luxurious primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, along with a queen bedroom that also includes an ensuite, offering ideal accommodations for multiple couples or families. Two additional bedrooms and a shared bath provide plenty of space for everyone.
Step outside to unwind in the private hot tub, comfortably sized for five, or relax on the spacious decks overlooking the fully landscaped yard. A 2-car garage ensures easy access year-round.

Located just minutes from downtown Tahoe City, you'll be close to local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, as well as major ski resorts, scenic hiking and biking trails, and Skylandia Beach, all just a short drive or bike ride away.

Parking:
4 vehicle max. All cars must park in the garage and on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Great House!

We had a great time and really loved this house. Photos were accurate. It was perfect for our family Christmas. Loved how the rooms were spread out. Nice for a group or large family. The big backyard was great for the dogs to play in the snow. Large kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. Large dining table for family to dine or play games. Lots of windows to view the snowfall which was beautiful. Very nice neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect. The only complaint is we had trouble figuring out how to turn down the thermostats in the bedrooms so the bedrooms were a little warm while sleeping. We would rent this house again. It was really nice and well appointed as well as a nice Tahoe vibe.
