"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Favorite place we’ve stayed…ever? I can’t recommend the Villa Walton enough. It’s so beautiful and well looked after, the gardens are stunning. We stayed in the cottage and had everything we wanted, the secluded outdoor tub was lovely! The food was amazing. I think I ate more breakfast here than I have in my entire life. "A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."

"I loved my stay at Trinity Wharf. The motel was very clean and tidy and the pool area was so beautiful! Didnt use the dining area but i have already planned on coming back because i loved it so much. Great location to the town and it only took 10mins to walk to the cafe and restaurants."
