"仕事で泊まるだけだったのでビジネスホテルと同じ広さでしたがとても綺麗でした。 壁は薄いので隣の方の音はめちゃ聞こえます。 今回立地ではなく温泉メインで決めたので 広い温泉にはとても満足しています。 気持ち良かったです！ ただ携帯電波が入らない。 山側だからなのか、 auもSoftBankも一本しか立たず ポケットwifiは死んでました（ ; ; ） もちろんホテルのfree Wi-Fiはあるのですが 基本フリーには繋げないので困りました。 これがなければめちゃくちゃ満足度高いです。 あと事前チェックインスタイルを 取っていたので申し込みをしたのに フロントでは住所を手書きせねばならず 必須項目ならシステム上でそこを入力しないと 完了できないようにシステム変更しておいた方が無駄がないです。 なんのための事前チェックインなんだとあの場で思いました。 スタッフの方の親切度は差が激しいですが殆どの方が優しかったです。"
