It’s rather far from Niigata station that to go there it needed to take a taxi for 3000yen. Ride a Bus it needs 300yen but it was not so often.

夜7時頃到着し次の日の朝7時過ぎに出てしまう、たった1日の短い滞在でしたが、ホテルの方々はとても丁寧で親切で居心地が本当に良かったです。ホテルもとても綺麗で快適でした。 駐車場もたくさんあり、近くにコンビニはありませんが、すぐ隣りにドラッグストアや商業施設もあるので便利でした。 また利用したいと思います。

娘が入浴中に気分が悪くなり浴槽や部屋の一部を汚してしまったのですが、ホテルスタッフの女性の方はとても親切に対応して下さり代わりの部屋も新しく用意して下さって本当に助かりました。朝には体調も戻り無事にチェックアウト出来ました。ご迷惑をおかけしたにも関わらず嫌な顔一つなさらず終始笑顔で対応してくださった事に感謝します。ありがとうございました。
