"The staff was terrific! They were friendly, professional, and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely return because of them. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the noise. We were awakened at 5:30 AM by a delivery truck parked directly outside our window. The room offered virtually no sound insulation from the outside, and it felt as though the truck was right inside the room. For anyone hoping to get a good night's sleep, this was very disappointing."

"Our host Beatriz was very attentive to all our complaints and needs. The pool was not cleaned nor treated when we arrived. Beatriz had people come out and treat and clean it, unfortunately it took days for it to be accessible. The propane tank was empty took a couple of days away from our planned grilling. Several things were broken, again Beatriz was on it and had people do the repairs. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The screen over the pool is very old and tattered. It had rips and holes which allowed for constant skimming of dead bugs off the pool surface. It should be replaced. Lots of spiders and cobwebs outside the pool area. The kitchen was comfortable and the living room area was comfortable too. A five-bedroom house was great for my family. We were there for a week. Would have had a better experience if we could have enjoyed the pool more than two days and didn't have to work so hard skimming bugs off. The dining room was nice. The bathrooms were designed for a very small person. They both need an upgrade. So, call ahead first, and make sure things are in good shape for you and your family."

"Check in a breeze. Room was extremely comfortable with all expected amenities. Grounds were clean and secure. Breezed through the breakfast area to grab some coffee for the road and it appeared to have a nice variety food.Will definitely stay again, hopefully for more than just one night so I can enjoy the pool and outdoor sitting area."

"I didn't use the amenities. I stayed in this home because of location to my friends homes who live in Tampa. Spent most of the time out of the house except to sleep in at night. I didn't discern that the bedrooms where up flights of stairs according to VRBO advertisement. I'm an older person who didn't like navigating the stairs to the bedrooms at night."
