"This property was awesome. We had a party of 8 and it was more then accommodating. 4 bedroom plus a let out bed. The pool was enjoyable for the adults and kids. Host has great communication and quick response."

"Room was well kept. The location was perfect for our trip. The lake was nice to sit and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. Whenever I had a question, the host responded quickly. The pool and pool area was nice, although we did not use it. There was a problem with the air conditioning one evening, but the host was able to repair it the next morning. It may need some additional maintenance. The kitchenette has no stove, but there was a toaster, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric stove top with small pots and pans, and a microwave. We were able to cook breakfast or a small lunch and warm up leftovers.Overall great stay, and the host was great."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. As a woman that often travels solo, my main priority is safety and then comfort. I was provided both in overwhelming amounts. The unit was very clean, and the A/C worked so well that I often had to turn it down just a bit or even off entirely. That’s more of a “me” thing because I am always cold, but it was SUCH a relief after spending all day outside in the summer heat. For being a smaller place, everything was so thoughtfully planned out and I never felt cramped. Both the outdoor and indoor decor was super cute and there were more than enough towels and toiletries to go around. Edna was very communicative, her instructions were very clear, and checking in/out was the easiest thing ever. I often had to double check to make sure I was doing everything right because it was almost TOO easy. She is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people you can meet and a great host. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful, and everyone was so kind and courteous. The surrounding area is also 5 STARS. So many good places to eat, very popular grocery stores/businesses located just 5 or so minutes away. I literally spent half a day drive up and down the main street shopping because I couldn't believe how close everything was. You will lack nothing staying here."

Tampa Luxury 5BR Estate with Pool + Golf Views

"Our host Beatriz was very attentive to all our complaints and needs. The pool was not cleaned nor treated when we arrived. Beatriz had people come out and treat and clean it, unfortunately it took days for it to be accessible. The propane tank was empty took a couple of days away from our planned grilling. Several things were broken, again Beatriz was on it and had people do the repairs. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The screen over the pool is very old and tattered. It had rips and holes which allowed for constant skimming of dead bugs off the pool surface. It should be replaced. Lots of spiders and cobwebs outside the pool area. The kitchen was comfortable and the living room area was comfortable too. A five-bedroom house was great for my family. We were there for a week. Would have had a better experience if we could have enjoyed the pool more than two days and didn't have to work so hard skimming bugs off. The dining room was nice. The bathrooms were designed for a very small person. They both need an upgrade. So, call ahead first, and make sure things are in good shape for you and your family."
