Such a private get away was just what 2 travelers and a local needed. Quiet and relaxing. It was outside of any hub of activity, and that is just what we wanted. Not outside of being able to door dash though.

Party of Three

Three bedrooms with queens size beds, Judith provides lots of little extras that help to make your stay comfortable. We were thankful for the extra towels by the pool and beach umbrella. Most of all we were pleased with how clean the suite was , from the kitchenette to the floors and bathrooms. Will rent again.

Convenient location in quite suburb area

Property was very spacious and nice and quiet. Restaurants and stores was about 10 min drive. Must have a car to get around. Very quiet neighbourhood. Small pond beside property visited by various birds. Pool was lovely setting but would have loved the opportunity to have the pool heated (even for an additional cost) during our stay.

Visit to Real Florida

Enjoyred the opportunity to stay in a real Florida environment out of the cookie cutter subdivisions, but still convenient to many of Tampa’s activities. I was a bit uncertain about the “shared” house arrangements, but the hosts were respectful and felt like we had our private space. There a couple of easy problems that the hosts will hopefully fix as the door lock was very difficult to operate and the lighting in the kitchenette area was poor.

5 Stars - A Perfect Stay for a Family Getaway

Sure! Here’s a polished 5-star review you can use:⸻5 Stars – Perfect Stay for a Family GetawayI recently stayed at this exceptional VRBO with my elderly parents, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The house was spotless upon arrival—truly one of the cleanest vacation homes we’ve stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, which gave all of us room to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that felt safe and serene. We especially appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, making it easy for my parents to rest and enjoy their time.Every detail in the home felt well thought out, and the combination of comfort, space, and cleanliness made for a truly relaxing experience. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay!

The home was clean, not perfect but comfortable. The rooms were a decent size. If you need a full kitchen, keep in mind it is a kitchenette only. I would only suggest updating the shower in the bathroom/ pool bathroom and the landscaping in front of the home is not appealing. The communication with the host is excellent and we didn't have any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet which makes a nice poolside vacation stay.

Check-in was super easy, apartment was extremely clean, pool was great. We spent most of our time in the screened in lanai pool area. It was like a bird sanctuary. There were so many birds and wildlife so peaceful so quiet was perfect.

The house was on a cul-de-sac, so we parked in the street, which was fine. The pool was very nice. However, the grill was dirty. The house was very dated. The showers were dingy and dirty in desperate need of glazing. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very good quality. There is NO KITCHEN. There is only a hot plate. Although, this property is 16 miles from downtown Tampa, an hour is still needed to get there because of traffic. Over all it was just an ok stay.
