About this property

Cozy Lakehouse In-Law Suite

  • Enjoy access to a beautiful 19-acre freshwater lake!
    You can have access to the pool, kayaks(2), and an outdoor grill. Guests are also welcome to fish in the lake, just be sure to bring your own fishing gear.

    conveniently located just 20–30 minutes from many of Tampa’s top attractions and downtown

    Please note: While the lake view is not directly visible from inside your private in-law suite, you’ll have full access to the backyard, including the pool and lakefront area.

    This rental is not the entire house. This charming In-Law suite is attached to the main house but offers complete privacy with its own entrance. It includes:
    • A fully equipped kitchen
    • A bathroom
    • A dining table
    • A TV
    • A KING-SIZE BED and a queen pull-out bed

    Laundry is directly accessible from your suite.

    While there is no direct lake view from the suite, you’ll have full access to the lake and pool just outside. The fenced backyard provides a private and secure space to relax.

    The property uses a brand-new, professionally maintained well water system. The water is clean, safe, and properly treated for daily use. It is not city water, so it may feel slightly different than what some guests are used to. However, it is fully functional and meets all safety standards.

This is a beautiful, large studio. The space is your own private oasis. The view of the lake was stunning. It's peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive, kind, and very caring.

This place is so cute! It provides all the appliances and perks you need, while maintaining a very organized, uncluttered appearance. (The design choices in the shower are stellar!) Sitting by the pool and watching the sun set over the lake was a relaxing and beautiful way to end each day. It was cool and pleasant inside the apartment —you’ll have your own AC control. But for chilly FL winter evenings, there’s also a fireplace and a VERY comfy couch to snuggle into. I chose it because it is pet friendly. I thought it was a great value, and worth the drive to Lutz!
