"Beautifully located property in a garden and very close to the stunning walks of the Royal National Park. The property is spotless, the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Jackie the host is caring and a delight. Thankyou for making our stay super comfortable and treating us with eggs, fruit and a whole lot of other goodies we discovered in the kitchen! I loved the biscuits and fudge. The kitchen and huge shower, bathroom look newly renovated and styled beautifully. I loved my bed. There is an outdoor verandah and seating to enjoy as well Highly recommend this property, we've discovered a gem."

"Lovely stay with a friendly host; beautifully appointed. Would return.This studio is the result of renovation of part of the host's home. Private access is up a short steep flight of stairs, keypad entry. Quality fittings - for example, nearly every drawer or door is soft-close (quiet). The studio is optimized for a couple. I stayed with my teenager, so we had the sofa bed out, which made the room quite crowded - you could have 4 people here but you'd want to be either spending your time on the deck (big deck, lovely sea views) or just touching down here while spending most of your time elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here with a baby or toddler, too many pretty breakables and hard corners. As a couple, it'd be a great place to relax together, possibly only venturing out for meals.(Limited capacity to do meals there - tiny fridge, combination microwave/oven, place settings for 4 (but very fine glassware for 2), deck includes a sink and a tiny bbq. Very limited desk/table space.)The leather sofa was large and soft, and it faced a big wall-mounted TV. Parrots & cockatoos visit the deck; they are used to being fed sunflower seeds by the host (Rob). The deck includes a hot tub and a privacy screen, and Rob was installing a sauna, which would be accessed from that deck. I got a strong impression that he was enjoying making the place better and better. In-room guides mention that he offers massages for individuals and couples."

"Rob was a very communicative host and genuinely wants to help you have a good experience. The infrared sauna was also a really nice additional touch that we made good use of.Nice touch of Rob to have the relaxing healing music going when we first arrived. Towels and bedding were provided as promised.Unlucky for us that the weather was not good during our stay, so we did not get a chance to explore the National Park but got lucky one afternoon to make it down to Stanwell Park Beach, which was extremely lovely, unpretentious and only a 3-minute drive down the hill from the property.There's plenty of coffee / brunch options down at Stanwell Park nearby and good restaurant options at Helensburg and Thirroul / Bulli.Extremely underrated location, which even in the poor weather, we were able to really enjoy the local area."
