"Room was nice. However I did not appreciate the fact the hotel charged an extra $40 to let me in the room before 2pm. The hotel was not full when I arrived and rooms were available. Such practice is not acceptable! I left the room at 8am - 4 hours before normal check out time and the hotel did not pay me! Why not?"
