"room was needing attention--- curtain track not sliding, couldn't open ensuite window, phone not operating, no microwave or plates etc., air conditioner not working (we were quite hot). Generally clean. "

"My girlfiriends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, and then some. The back deck was beautiful. Early morning vists from the Kookaburras and other lovely birds. The property is close to everything. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"It is an old house - needs updating. It is cozy. Bathrooms are very small. BBQ grill needs new grates and burners. The amenities listed a clothes dryer however there isn’t one. The host was excellent. We had lost the keys and she got another one to us asap. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent location to the Train to go to downtown Sydney. And close to a grocery store. All in all we would book it again. "

"Beautiful, spacious house. Iris was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The area is beautiful but just a bit far from the nearest train station. But our family still had an enjoyable time at Iris's house. "

"Nice clean place.Comfortable bed.Was lead to believe the sofa bed was a decent size sofa.It wasnt, it was small and uncomfortable for two. The outdoor light shone into the loungeroom bed area and there was no way to turn it off.so it made sleeping awkward.Even the main bedroom was very light with white blinds that did not blockout the sun. There was no toilet spray for the toilet area, There are stairs to go up and down outside of the property. With very dim lights.It could have had solar lights and more lighting all thr way down.There was a balcony overlooking great bush with chairs that required cushionsBut i couldn't find any to sit on.And there was no book inside to check anything Location is okay"
