"beautiful accommodation in preparation for a very early morning departure. it was unfortunate the cafe on ground floor wasn't open (I arrived at checkin time) and when I ordered room service, I had to go to the 6th floor to look at a more expensive evening meal, I only wanted something simple. departure reception were busy on the phone so handed key, waiting for room service to be deducted from my credit card - pending authorisation amount is greater than the bill??? would recommend for those early departures"
