It says the property sleeps 12, and there is an extra charge for over 8 adults. We only had 5 adults, but also had 6 kids and got an extra charge of 50/person per day over the 8 person limit. "

The location was surrounded by nature and mountain vistas providing privacy, access to the property and a hot tub from which to enjoy it all! A piano provided joyful a chance to share our keyboard skills with each other …the cozy atmosphere inside couldn’t have been more enjoyed by us on a special weekend. "
