Wonderful property

Overall property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Accommodated our very large family nicely with an open concept main floor and the bedrooms had plenty of room. The wood interior really gave it that mountain cabin feel.

Peaceful mountain home

My husband and I along with our 3 adult kids plus their SOs enjoyed our stay. We loved the large dining table for meals and games. There was plenty of room for everyone and we didn't use the loft room at all. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our biggest disappointment had nothing to do with the house/host. We counted on playing tennis at the ice rink/tennis courts just down the road. They did NOT convert the rink to tennis! We had to drive down the canyon to Boulder and courts there were limited. We spent 4 days at RMNP hiking though which was beautiful.

Great mountain home that can sleep a good many people! Highly recommend! Great for families! Close to Eldora

Great property! Kitchen as very well stocked. Easy access to skiing and great layout for multiple families. Just a note, since this surprised us when booking. It says the property sleeps 12, and there is an extra charge for over 8 adults. We only had 5 adults, but also had 6 kids and got an extra charge of 50/person per day over the 8 person limit.

We enjoyed a 3 generation vacation and this house meet all of our needs. Patty was wonderful with all of my questions before, during and after our trip. We even left something behind and it should be in the mail for us.Location was ideal for what we wanted to do. Close enough to see RMNP, Estes Park and the quaint town of Nederland has wonderful food options and shops. The day after we left the strip mall in town had a fire that destroyed everything. The grands had really had a wonderful time at the Wild Bear Nature Center and our hearts go out to them and the animals that perished. Also had a good time on The Carousel Of Happiness and thankful that was spared.
