"Dog friendly rooms are on ground floor. These aren't comparable to other standard rooms, but charged at same rate plus an additional £20 cleaning charge. Our room was basically furnished with painted plain MDF wardrobe in corner. Window was open in all these rooms presumably to help with smell. Carpets we're stained and smell was very noticeable when windows closed. Despite these comments to reception, we were still charged the additional cleaning fee."

Rooms feel spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The finishes are high quality. Everything works as it should, which matters more than anything. Service is a strong point. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Requests are handled quickly. You feel looked after without any friction. Food and drink options are solid. The breakfast buffet menu is varied and well executed. Location is a major advantage. You are right at Silverstone, yet it still feels like a calm and private retreat. This is a place that gets the fundamentals right and then builds on them. Strong design, reliable service, and a clear identity. It is easy to recommend and easy to return to."
