"The room was clean and as advertised. Check in and checkout was smooth. We didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast. The hotel is in the airline flight path so early morning hours had some planes overhead. Since it's warm in Sacramento we had the air conditioner going which helped cover that. For the reasonable price paid, the hotel worked well for us."

"This was a very fun place to stay. First thing you have to remember is you are on a very old boat. The floors are uneven and there are lots of stairs. The room was great. Comfortable bed, a/c worked nicely, tv, wi-fi. Bathroom was small and old fashioned but had nice toiletries. The dining room was gorgeous and the food was very good This ship has been beautifully restored. The wood throughout is beautiful. There are photos everywhere with history of the boat. Will definitely be back!!"

"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "

"Good location , walkable to a lot of midtown eateries and event spaces . We stayed there to go to a concert at Channel 24 and it was very nice . Very clean , nice rooms , the property is gorgeous as well, nice open spaces with lots of shade flower bushes "

"You really can’t beat the price when it comes to how close this is to downtown and the Golden 1 Center. However, be aware that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would not stay longer than one night. A place to just get ready and refresh but definitely not to just chill. "

"The room was spotless & staff delightful. Very Attentive. Shower unfortunately leaks all over the bathroom floor and bed too soft & lumpy (old mattress). Other than those couple of flaws we were delighted with our stay."

"So arriving to the property was okay seemed safe and comfortable staff (Brandon) was great, made me feel good about the property. Went to the room to drop off belongings pretty small for 2 beds and it was a handicap room had no space for someone in a wheelchair. We went to the bathroom sink was hanging off the wall in poor repair. Shower head was taped up in place not adjustable and the head holder was loose and flimsy. We went to our event came back went to bed around 11pm woke up around 330 am to running water and property disturbance people arguing no security on site or staff addressing the issue i got up to see what the water was it was coming from up stairs ceiling was bubbling and fan was leaking water didnt want to wake my family so as soon as the shower stopped it quit so went back to bed next morning addressed the issues with property i assume she was the morning management or owner she was unaware of the problems in this room this can not be the first time. She would not refund or discount because i booked through and out side source. "
