The place was clean and quiet with easy parking and 3 blocks from the Convention Center.

Average hotel, convenient location. The staff member who completed the check-in was very nice, however the overnight employee was extremely rude and not friendly, accused us that we were being loud and guests were complaining, however the guests that were complaining were on the opposite side of the hotel from us and were referring to others. We were running a little behind with checking out, and checked out 30 minutes after we were supposed to (11:30a) and received a rude phone call and a an obnoxious knock right after the phone call.

I read many of the reviews and I decided to stay here. I had no problems. There were homeless around but I always felt safe. Room was nice and I found the staff to be awesome. I’d stay there again.

Clean and surprisingly quiet the night I stayed. Unfortunately the water was not draining when I took a shower. Not fun.
