"Beautiful place to stay. Loved the rooms and the many kangaroos and cute donkeys. Food options were excellent and high quality, but the restaurant was chilly and uncomfortable, I wouldn’t dine there in winter again. Definitely plan to visit in warmer weather when the outside areas can be readily used too. Highly recommend this place. "
"The property itself was beautiful and only a 2 min drive to Batemans Bay to pick up something for dinner. Would definitely stay there again but wouldn’t get the breakfast included as it was a bit pricey for what was provided. "

"Honestly this place did not live up to the standards i was expecting, the first problem we found was the BBQ that was there, it was incredibly rusty and took way too long to clean, the second problem was the outdoor eating area was unusable, the table and chairs were rotting and part of then had already fallen off, the third problem was the driveway there was a significant amount of moss growing and made 2 of the group staying with me to slip on it, the final problem im adding is the top floor constantly felt like a sauna, no air conditioner up there and no real airflow going upstairs from downstairs where the only AC unit was"

"Exceptional from start to finish! We loved everything about our stay. Wonderful hosts, amazing ocean view, meticulously clean, comfortable, well-appointed and maintained apartment. Easy, direct access to the beach (no roads to cross) and close proximity to the local shops. It is in a very quiet area, making it peaceful and relaxing. Roz and Kim have thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. They were very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a trouble-free stay.
We are already looking forward to returning in a few months’ time.

Short walk to Denhams or Surf Beach and we loved watching the dolphins from the lounge! The lack of wifi, linen & air-con might put some people off, but didn’t worry us.
