"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It’s very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook comfortably—something we really appreciated.The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, with stunning views from the house. The balcony is huge and a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We also loved the barbecue setup and the bonfire area overlooking the sea—such a great touch!Overall, we couldn’t fault the place. The only suggestion would be to consider adding fans or air conditioning for the peak summer months, as it can get quite warm.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!"

"The property was wonderful for two families - separate levels each with balcony, huge tvs, recliner lounges etc. Beds and bathrooms were great. The sea and beach views were superb. Unfortunately the lounge room lighting had a major malfunction on our second evening and the emergency electrician advised us not to use it for the rest of our stay. There were a couple of other maintenance problems which need to be fixed. They detracted from our overall satisfaction. Once the maintenance issues are attended to, I would have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars."

"Excellent property for three generations to come together and celebrate a milestone event. The downstairs layout worked particularly well for elderly parents using walkers, and the kids loved the games room and activities, especially toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. There’s so much to enjoy across the property and our only regret was not staying longer. Scott was extremely responsive throughout and quick to arrange a repair when we reported an issue during our stay. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others."

"The house was clean and lovely ocean views. It was a short walk to the shops and Malua Bay Beach and we loved being able to bring our pooch with us. The kitchen seemed well equipped and the layout and number of beds made it excellent for our family of 5, with a room to spare. Two opportunities for improvement would be to remove the extremely flaking paint in the downstairs bathroom which is in desperate need of a paint. Additionally, the house was also home to a large number of spiders, mostly Daddy Long-legs which caused my kids to be a bit anxious about sleeping in their rooms. There was also a very large cricket that freaked me out in the bathroom. I understand it’s a bit of a bush block, but you might consider fumigating the place."
