"From first booking, the host, Patrizia was very welcoming. She gave us a lot of details about the area and all there was to do, places to visit and restaurant suggestions. We were a group of 5 couples. All bedrooms are a good size with private bathrooms though we did have to allocate rooms based on ease of access. The pool and garden are delightful and the outdoor table is super for a big group. We had a lovely relaxing time staying at The Old Mill"

"Das antike Haus aus Stein ist einfach traumhaft. Authentisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Innenhof mit den Ölivenbäumen. Das Dorf ist sehr schön, sauber und die Menschen, die ich kennengelernt habe waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte das Glück, dass ich italienisch spreche und Salento sehr gut kenne, da ich bis 1992 in der Nähe von Bari gelebt habe.Ich schätze sehr die Region Salento. "We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "
