"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Hotel was very clean and quiet. Situated right next to the airport which was convenient for easy flight departure. Our flight was early, so we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast which surprisingly only starts at 7am. Nice spa available in the hotel, it was very busy so I am not sure if people not staying at the hotel use it as a day spa. Nice pool, but what looked like it was supposed to be a hot tub next to it with jacuzzi jets was cold. Not sure what was going on there. There is a nice park across the way with lots of beautiful, colourful birds. Hotel located 5 minute walk from the city train which allows you to easily travel downtown and into the historic centre for. 1.30 euro/person. Staff was not overly friendly. Not a single one gave us a smile or pleasant hello during our stay, they were all serious business and looking mildly annoyed about everything. Room was standard size with a comfy bed, in room safe and a small fridge. "
