"This is a beautiful historic home. The area is busy with visitors in the daytime because it is so fascinating, but the house remains quiet. I especially loved having the garden area to sit in. There are many good restaurants within easy walking distance. The host, and especially his father who lives locally, were extremely nice and easy to communicate with. I recommend this vacation home highly!"

"We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. The local area has small shops with very friendly and helpful proprietors - we enjoyed shopping for local produce to take back to the...
