We had a studio unit on the sixth floor with views over Kings Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, with a small but well equipped kitchenette (sink, microwave, toaster, kettle). The generous welcome hamper was an unexpected bonus.

Property was amazing! Been 10 odd years since we were there last and it still lives up to its good memories. In close walking distance to everywhere! Staff are lovely and the property was nice and clean. Fairly priced as well Only complaint would be the bed sheets, the quilt was wrapped with 2 flat sheets and made it awkward to stay warm at night. Other than that, will definetely be coming back!

The location was good. Great outlook over the ocean. The room is in need of refurbishment. The carpet is threadbear in places. The bathroom sliding door is hard to use. The folding door of the laundry needs replacing.

Location is great and view amazing but room’s definitely need work. In the second room with two single beds there was dust stuck all over the roof. The overall cleanliness was not great felt like I had to keep shoes on the entire time. Lamp in lounge and on veranda did not work.

Property was dated and grubby, definitely not 4.5 stars as promised. We stayed one night and found alternate accommodation for our remaining 5 nights. Tried to speak to someone at check out in the morning and front desk was unmanned for 20 mins while we waited, after which we dropped our key in the drop box and called the number supplied to let them know we were checking out and disappointed and requested a call back…still have not called me back.
