Although the manager was friendly and prompt in addressing concerns, the Average condition of property is noticeable. It was clean and updated, but the master bedroom never had a functional air conditioning (as of Mid January 2024). The problem was not rectified, which is understandable due to shortness of stay, but no compensation was offered such as discount, or any form of partial refund. In the middle of an Australian summer it is below average , considering the high price paid for this family holiday. Note: The property is in a fantastic location.

Hi AmelieThank you for your feedback. As you know it was an unfortunate situation beyond our control whereby a part had to be ordered to repair one of the 4 air conditioners in the apartment. We did all we could and responded immediately once you made us aware of the air conditioner not working. As we were fully booked we were also unable to move you to another apartment. At the time we believed you understood the predicament and were comfortable with sleeping in one of the other bedrooms for your last night at Sailport. Super place!
3 night stay - loved the place, this is a real gem. Lovely apartment space, everything you need as a self caterer, TV choice you can actually watch (rather than only 2 or 3 channels you can get), good location. Heidi was really helpful. Couldn’t fault it. Not a surprise they are usually fully booked. Highly recommended.

Elevator access would have been preferable. Floor of the unit was extremely dirty which was disappointing. We all found the beds extremely comfortable. Unit has become dated. All in all we did enjoy our stay

Property location is great, so close to everything you need from cafes, restaurants, beach and shops. Definitely recommend getting one of the top floor apartments as the private rooftop is a huge bonus. Only small issue is if you have difficulty climbing stairs as there are no lifts.

The property is well located to the beach excellent dining and coffee options as well as the costal walk way. The property although in good condition is however showing it’s age, the unit we stayed in needs a refurbishment and re-styling. We stayed on the top floor, 42 steps up from the ground floor, there is no lift which could be a problem for those with small children and the elderly or incapacitated. Management we’re lovely to deal with.

Location fantastic! Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants! Bus stop right outside apartment! Check-in excellent! Staff fabulous & friendly! Apartment light, spacious and airy! The rooftop was the icing on the cake!

Sonia was so informative about arriving at the apartment via emails and phone messages. She was always helpful in every way. The only downside was there was not a lift and we were on the 3rd floor with 33 steps up and down. This is just something to be shared in case of people with difficulty climbing stairs as normally I would review and dont remember seeing there was no lift. All in all a great break and the bus stop outside to go either Coloundra or Maroochydore.

The property was fantastic, it was close to the beach, the Wharf, Fish Markets and plenty of eating out options..Everything you need was within walking distance. We got an upgrade to our own private rooftop apartment which was amazing. Great views of the river and the wharf. We will definitely go back the Sailport Apartments.

Sailport Mooloolaba
Great stay at Sailport Mooloolaba. Excellent location near marina, beach and Restaurants. Roof to BBQ area was a plus. Host Steve was very accomodating and friendly. Definitely worth a stay.

The management of the property were extremely helpful and on the day of our departure they allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. The property itself was very nice however the carpet in our unit will need to be replaced shortly A very good location.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!!
What fantastic property with everything you could need in the apartment. Great location and views of the Marine and Wharf. Excellent communication with Steve before arrival. During our stay Steve was so helpful and such a friendly guy. I would recommend this property to anyone that is coming to Mooloolaba.
