What a great place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious! Huge balcony and plenty of space in the entire unit. Easy parking. So close to shops in case you wanted something. Walking distance to the beach and protected area for the little ones leading into the creek.Will be back.

We had two apartments on either side of the building and one apartment was recently updated where the other was slightly dated. Overall, the facilities in each apartment were great and the building facilities (pool, gym, etc.) we’re great as well.

Relaxing with a great outdoor pool

Location was excellent. Very spacious apartment. Great to have washing and drying,, also kitchen was well appointed. The supply of tea coffee,shower gel, washing up liquid etc was very limited so for a ten night stay we had to purchase everything. Also a non refundable deposit $10 for the two pool towels was excessive! Staff on reception were excellent.

Top notch place in Marrochydore.

Really great place with lots of great features and really good management. Katrina was a pleasure to deal with, and even though we encountered some issues with the room and parking they were handled quickly and definitely to my satisfaction. Really can’t commend the level of current customer service enough. I will be making several trips up to the Sunshine Coast for work over the next three months and M1 will be a place I look at every time I return. The location is fabulous as it is walking distance to Cottontree and a lovely beach area. The food available in the surrounding area is fantastic as well and easy to walk to. And there is a woollies right there in the shopping centre next to the building for easy convenience. Very nice place to stay and very spacious.
