I fully endorse other comments regarding Sophie and John's welcome and helpfulness. The apartment was lovely and the view certainly had the WOW factor!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and very much hope to return sometime in the future.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the complex is within reasonable walking distance of the beach, infinite food options, Sea Life, Coles, etc. The apartment was well appointed and appliances, utensils and crockery were top notch. About my only gripe was that the bed has obviously seen its fair share of action over the years, so was riding pretty low on one side... But it was still comfortable enough to offer respite before the next day's activities. The pool and mini golf were a hit and over all it was a great stay.

Lovely couple lovely place to stay
The apartment was excellent condition, and from the very arrival John and Sophie were amazing very informative of the local area. Room was great with the comforts of home. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that there are no air cons in the bedrooms and I’m at the stage of life that I am hot all the time (if you know what I mean) so sleeping was alittle harder than usual. Beds were very comfy. I would defs stay again.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful as well as recommending places for breakfast, dinner and providing map of the area. The host also assisted with luggage to the room and already had it open with the fans on. Thankyou Sophie for a memorable stay

The appartments were really nice. Right across the road was the beach as well, which was handy. Sophie and John were very friendly and helpful, pointing us to many great spots around the appartments. Thanks for a great holiday!

Great central location, great hosts.
Near public transport. Nice beach views. Close to amenities and shopping/eateries.Wonderful hosts John and Sophie. Will be nice when all apartments are finished with updated renovation in 2023.

These apartments are in walking distants to everything. Older building but so well maintained. Sophie was so helpful when checking in. Recommending restaurants and help with our luggage. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Location was perfect. Right across the road from the beach. Had beach view from the deck. Apartment was clean and spacious. Exactly what I wanted. John and Sophie are friendly amazing couple. Extra credit for the games room and mini golf. Kids really enjoyed that and I could watch them from my deck. Had an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and great location. Top floor apartment had a great view. There was quite a lot of road noise from the balcony in front of a busy street, but the bedroom was pretty quiet which was great. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean and fine for a short stay. Would definitely visit again.

We had the most amazing time at this property. Sophie and John were the most amazing and attentive hosts. From the moment we booked our stay the service was exemplary. We were given the option of a ground floor or top floor apartment and took the top floor to enjoy the view. Upon arrival we were not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed and provided with all the local knowledge that makes a holiday perfect. The apartment was enormous and well appointed. The kitchen was perfectly supplied with every pot and utensil a could need. We loved everything about our apartment. Location was perfect with secure parking included. We'll be back!

Managers were lovely but HATED having to walk up 4 flights of stairs from the basement car park. It actually put me off going out one afternoon and I would never stay there again solely for this reason.

Dear Anonymous Guest John and I are disappointed your experience staying in our apartments was not a positive one. When guests book online, as our complex has stair access only and no elevator, we always check to see if our guests have a preference for a top floor apartment (with the best views) or an upper ground floor apartment if stairs are problematic. Could you please let me know if you not asked this when you booked? We want out guests to enjoy their time with us. I'm very sorry that this was not the case with your stay. Regards SOPHIE
