"Somehow I didn't reserve an accessible room. So we were on the second floor. Please note there is no elevator. My husband, who has issues, wasn't happy with the second floor. They moved us to the first floor for the second night with a walk-in shower. They went above and beyond for us. For that we are appreciative. The area was quiet as was inside even though they were full. The breakfast is okay. It said continental, so we knew what it would be. Cereal, bakery, bread and bagels, coffee and juice. The place is clean, impressively so. Parking was right outside."

"After many miles of riding on the GAP and C&O Towpath, the Canal Cabins were a welcome and much needed hiatus! The cabin was cozy and clean, air conditioned, with many personal touches one would need, like bike tools! The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. And free laundry! Would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!"

"Wonderfully responsive and friendly host. They regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made great suggestions for local outings. The home was very clean and cozy, Comfortable spot to relax by the fire pit, with plenty of firewood. WiFi was reliable and fast, which was good for streaming movies at night. Peaceful fishing spot, which my husband and daughter enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend overall!"

"This is a wonderful secluded couples retreat! Spectacular views! We planned this to get pics of the Milky Way. We took pics for 3 hours. They have comfortable seating but if you want to watch the sky bring gravity chairs. We were offered for them to get our groceries to be there before we were. If you’re offered the same accept!"
