"I paid extra on graduation weekend for a suite. However when I checked in at 3:30 they had no room for us. They eventually sent us to a room that was not ready nor was it a suite. Finally at 4:00 she had a room with 2 beds but no suite. We have snoring issues so a separate room was important. We had no choice but to take it. I strongly felt my room should be reduced in price since it did not have a suite. They said it was up to Expedia to adjust the price. Furthermore, it was a handicap room with not one inch of counter in the bathroom. None. So we spent our time there schlepping our bathroom supplies in and out. Since the prices were jacked up significantly for graduation weekend, it’s terrible customer service to not adjust prices."
