The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with finding us a good place to get a home cooked meal. The room was clean and comfy. Overall a nice place to stay. We only stayed one night, was just traveling through. We would definitely stay again.

I only stayed one night as I was attending an event the next day. Will definitely stay here again if I am near. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is near several restaurants and their is a Sheetz right next door. Breakfast was good as well. Just note they do not have an elevator.

My stay at the Keyser Inn was an overall very pleasant experience during my visit to West Virginia, and I would definitely stay there again. The accommodations and overall experience were good, and I appreciated the convenience and hospitality during my stay. The continental breakfast was generally satisfactory and provided a good start to the day. However, I do feel it could use some slight improvements, particularly with some of the typical breakfast items and variety. With a few minor enhancements, I think the breakfast could make an already good guest experience even better.

I found the Inn staff friendly, and helpful. My rooms were clean with fresh linens/towels. The only thing I missed was a safety “grab” bar in the bathroom, since I am a senior citizen.

The Keyser Inn is a CLEAN place to stay. They keep the rooms nice and the bathrooms are always immaculate. The king rooms are really nice with bigger bathrooms. The breakfast is more like a grab and go breakfast. They do not have HOT breakfast, but the items are always fresh and available. The coffee is really good and the staff is very helpful.
