"The home was just as beautiful as the photos, with lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. From the welcome basket of goodies to the fridge stocked with a variety of drinks, every detail was carefully curated. Communication was excellent throughout, and the location was peaceful, yet conveniently close to a great cafe (Field Fort). Highly recommend!"
"Reserved this property for a four night stay for a family wedding with events in Santa Barbara and Carpenteria, so the Summerland location was perfect. The highest number of adults was seven. With three bedrooms, that meant that two adults slept on trundle beds in an adjoining area. the house worked out great for this reunion, with a beautiful living room and adjacent deck overlooking the ocean."
"Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough for a family of 6-8 to sit around easily. There is no AC, but we found it was not needed, as it cools down quite a bit in the evenings. The location is 5 miles between Carpenteria and Santa Barbara - which would be perfect for someone wanting to explore both charming cities. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Such an amazing and beautiful property! It’s situated in a quiet and cute neighborhood only a 10 minute drive into downtown Santa Barbra. The host, Natty, was incredibly responsive and attentive to making sure we were taken care of, which we appreciated. Definitely recommend! "
"The Inn at Summer Hill is a quaint little hotel with lots of charm in the city of Summerland. I stayed here while visiting my niece and I would definitely stay here again. The room was like a little cottage, and it had a patio that overlooked the ocean. The staff at the front desk was amazing and went out of their way to comp me breakfast and coffee. I felt very safe as well. The only negatives are the Road Noise and nearby train and there doesn't seem to be a daily cleaning service-if so, they missed my room. "
