"Spotlessly clean, unbelievable location. We spent a fantastic few days here and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Beach is dog friendly and easily accessible depending on the tide. The house is fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. Views are amazing and the Rosewood is steps away if you want to stop in for a meal. Only MINOR issue: Parking is unclear, gate code improperly relayed. After asking around and finally calling the management company I was able to locate the parking. A map and or photos of the parking area would be helpful. Hope to stay again someday."

"We had an amazing time! The property is exactly as described and is located perfectly for easy access to Coast Village Road, the Upper Village and various beaches. The house is cozy and ideal for a small family who is traveling with a pet. We love when hosts provide the small things like soap in the bathroom and more than a single roll of toilet paper. The house was clean and check in/ out was super easy. Our only note would be that the sheets are not the most comfortable but that is just nitpicking. We would absolutely be back and highly recommend this property for a small group or family that wants to take advantage of the beach and all that Montecito has to offer!"
